i can handle the llc verus inc tax part of it, and glad to hear the UK definitions. Basically a LLC is taxed on a personal level and an inc company is charged at company level.

I have been considering incorporating my company and wondered if anyone had any advice on how you do it, and why you would actually choose to do it in the first place?
